Le restaurant du grand hôtel la Cloche, à Dijon, a un nouveau chef cuisinier. Il s’agit de Laurent Peugeot, un chef étoilé reconnu en Bourgogne, aux commandes du « Charlemagne », un établissement situé à Pernand-Vergelesses. Laurent Peugeot intervient à la Cloche en tant que coach, et non comme chef à temps plein. Une rencontre était organisée avec la presse la semaine dernière à la Cloche.
