Une boutique-musée de la moutarde à Dijon
Enfin un musée de la moutarde à Dijon ! Un atelier-boutique dédié à la moutarde a ouvert hier, rue de la Chouette à Dijon. La célèbre moutarderie familliale Fallot, installée à Beaune, et deux commercants se sont associés sur ce projet. En plus des produits habituels, vous pouvez y découvrir de la moutarde faite sur place. Mieux, l'espace propose des explications retraçant l'histoire de la moutarde de Dijon et sa fabrication.
