Le 10 janvier 2024, Grégoire Lincet, directeur général de la fromagerie Gaugry à Brochon, a officiellement annoncé avoir repris la gestion de l’établissement (transmis par ses parents, qui avaient eux-mêmes pris la suite de la famille Gaugry en 2012). Il a aussi été question, ce jour-là, de l’avenir de la fromagerie. Il y a par exemple ce grand projet d’agrandissement (afin de produire, notamment, du Brillat-Savarin), que nous présente Mathilde Lincet, sœur de Grégoire et responsable marketing et communication de l’entreprise.
